Chakra Healing with Divine Monica
Some people come to chakra healing with a clear complaint: they can’t switch off at night, they keep swallowing what they want to say, or they feel flat for weeks without a reason. Others just sense that something is out of step. In a private chakra healing session, Monica Kapoor works out which energy centres need attention and then guides you through breathwork, mantra, mudras and meditation chosen for them. You leave with a short practice to keep doing at home. Sessions are online or by distance, so you can join from India, the UK, the US or anywhere else.

What is chakra healing?
In yogic and Tantric tradition, chakras are subtle energy centres that run along the spine, from its base to the crown of the head. Seven are considered the main ones. Each is linked to a part of the body and a part of life: safety, creativity, confidence, love, expression, intuition and spiritual connection.
Chakra healing is the practice of bringing those centres back into balance. Monica does this with traditional tools, not machines or crystals sold at a markup: breath, sound, hand positions, visualisation and focused attention.
To be clear about what this is: chakra work is a spiritual and meditative practice. It can leave you calmer and more aware of your body and emotions. It is not a medical treatment and doesn’t replace a doctor or therapist.

Signs a chakra may be blocked
Nobody has perfectly balanced chakras all the time. Imbalance usually shows up as a pattern rather than a single bad day. These are the ones Monica hears about most:
Root
You feel unsafe or restless even when nothing is wrong.
Sacral
You've lost interest in things that used to make you feel alive.
Solar plexus
You give in during conflicts and then resent it.
Heart
You're still carrying a breakup or a loss that happened years ago.
Throat
You rehearse conversations but never have them.
Third eye
You can't make a decision without asking five people.
Crown
Life feels busy but empty.
Sound familiar?
If two or three of these ring true, a session is a good place to look at them. For ongoing physical symptoms, low mood or anxiety, see a doctor as well.
What happens in a chakra healing session
Every session is built around you, but most follow this shape:
- 01
Conversation & energy assessment
Monica asks what's been happening in your life and body, then reads which centres are under- or over-active. Where it helps, she looks at your birth chart or numerology too, since certain planetary periods line up with particular chakras.
- 02
Grounding & breath
Slow breathing to settle the nervous system before the deeper work.
- 03
Focused chakra work
Guided meditation and visualisation on the centres that need attention, using their bija (seed) mantras, such as LAM for the root and YAM for the heart, and matching mudras.
- 04
Integration
A few quiet minutes to let it settle, then a talk about what came up for you.
- 05
Your home practice
A short routine, usually 10–15 minutes, with the specific breath, mantra or mudra for your blocked centres. Many clients book a follow-up after two to four weeks of practice.

Distance and online chakra healing
You don't have to be in the same room for chakra work. In a live online session, Monica guides you through each step on video or a call while you sit or lie somewhere quiet at home. For clients who can't join live, including many of her clients in Japan, she also offers distance healing with written guidance by email.
You'll need a quiet room, headphones if possible, and 10 minutes after the session before you jump back into your day.
During & after
What you might feel during and after
People describe warmth, tingling, heaviness, or simply feeling very relaxed. Some get emotional, especially when working on the heart or throat. That's normal and passes. Afterwards, you may feel lighter, sleepy, or more aware of feelings you'd been pushing aside. Drink water, keep the rest of the day easy, and note anything that comes up for your next session.
If you have a history of trauma, tell Monica beforehand. She'll keep the pace gentle, and you can open your eyes and stop at any point.

Chakra Healing FAQs
Does chakra healing actually work?
There’s little scientific research on chakras specifically. The practices used, slow breathing, mantra and focused meditation, are well known to help people relax and feel more settled. Clients tend to judge it by how they feel and what changes in their daily life. It isn’t a medical treatment.
How do I know which chakra is blocked?
Look for a pattern. Constant worry about money and safety points to the root, trouble speaking up to the throat, and long-held grief to the heart. Monica confirms this in the energy assessment at the start of your session.
What's the difference between Reiki and chakra healing?
Reiki is a specific Japanese method of hands-on or distance energy healing. Chakra healing is the broader idea of balancing the seven energy centres, and it can use many methods. Monica’s sessions use breath, mantra, mudra and meditation rather than Reiki attunement.
Can chakra healing be done online?
Yes. Monica guides you live by video or call, and offers distance sessions where you can’t join live.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people feel a clear shift after one. For a long-standing pattern, two or three sessions a few weeks apart, plus the home practice, usually work better.
What's the difference between chakra balancing and chakra cleansing?
The terms overlap. Cleansing usually means clearing heavy or stagnant energy, and balancing means evening out centres that are over- or under-active. A session normally does both.
Is chakra healing safe?
For most people, yes. It’s gentle and you stay in control. If you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, or have a history of trauma or panic attacks, tell Monica first so she can adapt the breathwork.
Do I need to believe in chakras for it to help?
No. You only need to be open to sitting quietly and following the guidance.
Chakra healing is a spiritual and wellbeing practice. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please keep seeing your doctor or therapist for any health condition.
